Graphene Mask is a new type of protective respirator formed by innovative application of a new type of graphene polypropylene melt blown fabric material in the key filter layer between spunbonded non-woven fabrics that constitute an ordinary mask.

Importantly, graphene melt blown fabric is also produced by Soma New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Juneng.

Product performance of graphene melt blown fabric：

-- Imported electret masterbatch and electret equipment are used, featuring high efficiency and low resistance.

-- The product has a soft feel, higher dust holding capacity than that of throwing.

-- High quality PP raw materials are selected, which are safe, environment-friendly, non-toxic, odor free and white. The fiber diameter is as low as 0.3 micron, and the fiber distribution is uniform; Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, stable performance, can be stored for two years. It has stable acid and alkali corrosion resistance and can be produced according to customer requirements.

-- Under visible light and no light conditions, graphene has reducibility of electrons and oxidizability of holes. It can decompose organic matters, bacterial cell membranes, solidify viral proteins through oxidation to achieve pollution prevention, sterilization and deodorization.

-- Graphene will release far-infrared light with a wavelength of 8-14 microns. While sterilizing, it can also bring infrared physiotherapy effects, improve human blood circulation, enhance human metabolism, etc.
