Graphene Melt-blown Fabric
The research and development of graphene melt-blown cloth refers to the research results of single-layer graphene of Professor Gao Chao from the Department of Polymer Materials of Zhejiang University, and is a high-tech melt-blown cloth developed with the assistance of a professional R&D team. In the case of visible light and no light, graphene has reductive electrons and oxidative holes, which can decompose organic matter, bacterial cell membranes, and fixed virus proteins through oxidation to prevent pollution, sterilize and deodorize. Therefore, graphene meltblown cloth has six functions: antibacterial and antibacterial, antiviral, anti-mite and anti-mite, ultraviolet protection, negative ion generation and far-infrared emission.
Using effectively absorbent electret filter material to form super-fine melt blown fiber, our face masks materials are applicable in different air cleaning states (Class A/B/C/D) in accordance with National Standard(GB/T32610-2016). It can filter and absorb substances like PM2.5, fog and haze, bacterial, automobile exhaust, ultraviolet ray, fine dust, oil molecules, and pollen, etc. The face mask materials are featured with leak free, foldable, and easy to store, economical and durable, and easy to carry.
